In his unique niche Oberon just got a massive boost to his DPS, to his damage reduction support capabilities and top his own durability. With Arcane Strike and the newly gained Warcry Oberon gains whooping 60% (arcane) + 51% (Warcry) = 111% melee attackspeed without taking into accounts single weapon mod!
